Description
This five piece castellated socket set has been introduced for essential service to the running gear on Mercedes Benz G Class models including: W460/W461/W463/W123/W116/W115/W114/W107. Applications include fixings on Differentials, Front Axle Wheel Bearing and Rear Axle Drive Flange. Each socket is 70mm or 80mm long with castellated slots for specific low torque fixings. The bolt or axle has one or two holes drilled through its threaded end. The nut is torqued properly and then, if the slot isn’t aligned with the hole in the fastener, the nut is rotated to the nearest slot. The nut is then secured with a cotter pin or safety wire.5 pc x 1/2″ 70mm or 80mm long with castellated slots for specific low torque fixings.For use on Mercedes-Benz differentials, front axles, wheel bearings, rear axle (W126) drive flange.Applications include: G Class (W460/W461/463/W116/W123/W107/W114/W115/W116.Manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum.
